- You need 125 ml of Rapeseed oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of Cider vinegar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Potato flour.
- You need 1 tsp of English mustard.
- It's 1 tbsp of Ketchup.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Bouillon powder.
- Prepare 4 slice of of Bread (whole meal & seeded is the best for this).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Yeast extract.

- Preheat oven at 180c / 350?F..
- Mix soy sauce and avocado/olive oil together..
- Add tofu/bacon/ham and mix well..
- Spoon mixture onto an oiled baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins..
- Heat soy milk to just below boiling point..
- Add in the rapeseed oil and mix thoroughly using a hand held whisk..
- While whisking constantly, add in the cider vinegar..
- Add potato flour, mustard, ketchup and bullion powder and whisk constantly while bringing to a boil..
- Spread bread slices with yeast extract..
- Mix the tofu/ham/bacon unto the heated mixture and spread on top of the yeast extract on the bread slices..
- Bake in the over for around 10mins- until golden and bubbling..
